Sometimes I wonder why the hell we sell overseas. Then I remember the good people we have had for years. I have a jerk from Poland who from day 1 started DEMANDING his money back. He claimed CUSTOMS will call him personally (like they have him on speed dial) when he receives a package. Yeah, no they don’t…whatever. Now he is accusing us of “strategy” of waiting until he can’t leave a neg or file a claim. Dude: #1 you are in a high theft country #2 it shows it made it to you #3 you are using feedback extortion #4…ever heard to “catch more flies with honey than vinegar?!”
So I explained to him that I am still waiting to hear back from USPS in regards to it. I don’t appreciate the allegations. That I can only do so much but when it shows being sent from USA, scanned at each stop in the USA, and then magically when it gets to customs in Poland suddenly goes missing. Obviously there is where the problem is! He wrote back that he is so sick of the “shovanistic” views that stupid Americans have, that we are so much better than everyone. It isn’t his country’s problem…it’s mine. So my words were simple.
DON’T BUY FROM AMERICAN SELLERS IF YOU HATE STUPID AMERICANS!!
You can insult me, you can insult our business…but don’t you DARE speak ill of my country!! All help will cease to exist now. Oh, and thanks for being a dick when I informed you about the Embassy Attacks which halted mail for some time due to safety. Yup…not dealing with this dude anymore.
